#ChallengeCothill

Thank you

When we started #challengecothill in January 2021 we couldn't ever have envisaged what the Cothill community would achieve together during Lockdown 3.

Our initial fundraising target was £5,000, yet the community raised an astonishing £16,625 with donations received from across the world.

Every meal supplied costs FareShare £0.25. This means the money raised by Cothill will now enable 66,500 meals to be delivered to vulnerable people.

Thank you all for supporting such an important cause. We are incredibly proud of the difference we have been able to make together.

We hope you enjoy this video celebrating a few #challengecothill highlights.

A Short Explanation

So what's the best way to start a new year, a new term & a new lockdown? With a challenge, of course!

As a community we know how lucky we are. We eat well & enjoy delicious, nutritious school meals. Even though the school is physically closed, we can be confident that none of our boys will be going hungry.

However, that won't be the case for all children across the UK. With schools closed and thus limited access to free school meals, children in vulnerable communities may be going hungry.

That is why, as a community, we want to help make a difference over lockdown. We want to raise £5,000 to support
FareShare to help distribute more meals for children and families in need at this difficult time.

With your support,
Mr Bailey & the staff will be undertaking a new challenge each week.

What can you do?

1 - Think of a challenge! From completing
five minutes of keepyuppies on the school roof to reciting Rudyard Kipling’s ‘If’ in Russian, boys can share challenges via the google form below. Please submit before Monday morning to ensure they can be included for the week ahead.

2 - When
a challenge is completed, please support this important cause by donating through our justgiving link below.

Let’s make this time count. Let’s make a difference.
